Odesa Black is a hybrid created in Ukraine in 1948 as a cross between Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon. With both red skin and flesh, its beautiful dark ruby color anticipates its smooth, silky structure full of black currants, hints of bell pepper, and tobacco and round tannins.
